Common questions
Is my capture uploaded when I open it here?
No. The file is opened and rendered entirely in your browser. Your capture, its screenshots, and anything you typed stay on your device. It only reaches Valstra if you later create an account and choose to save it to your library.
What file does the viewer open?
The self-contained .html document exported by the Valstra Process Recorder browser extension (legacy .json exports work too). Anyone can open a capture here for free, with no account: if a colleague sent you one, just drop it in.
What does a free account add?
Saving captures to a cloud library, and collaborating on or sharing them with your team. Viewing is always free without an account. Paid plans add the Omni-generated process map: a living, editable map built from your capture.
